Not so long ago I wrote about the benefits of archery. Today, we will briefly look at some of the health benefits of yoga. The pictures were taken in one of the many parks in Bangkok.

@Ruai: It might be. (A Google search did not reveal any articles about this name.)

The yoga instuctor’s name is Eid. He is at Lumpini Park from 6.30am onwards. He can be contacted at 084 699 8236.
